Client Service Coordinators

Veterinary Surgical Associates & Veterinary Medical Specialists is a dynamic multi-site veterinary specialty practice in the Bay Area. Our client service coordinators are the face of our organization and we rely on them to welcome, engage and comfort our human and animal clients. These interactions, both in person and on the phone, must be friendly, courteous and professional. The position also involves the shared duties of schedule management for 9 board certified veterinarians, admitting and discharging patients, file management and many other varied tasks that help support a thriving practice. The right candidate for this job has a friendly and outgoing demeanor with both clients and fellow employees, is capable of typing at least 40wpm, is detail oriented, and handles being asked to do many things at once. This full time person will work four ten hour shifts during the week with a monthly rotating half day Saturday shift.
Salary is DOE. The primary location for this position is SAN MATEO, but there may be an occasional shift at our Campbell facility to fill in due to scheduled vacations, etc.
